I wish I could give less than one star. Most incompetent repair service ever. We purchased a top of the line Maytag washing machine less than 3 years ago along with the extended warranty from Decker and Sons and it's been malfunctioning since September. They sent out Triangle Appliance for initial repair and since then have been back to repair and replace parts on the machine 4 separate times with no improvement or correction of the issue. The last time they repaired and replaced 3 parts, saying they were the last three things they could try. We've been waiting on them to basically say the machine is not reparable (or repair costs exceed the value), so we can authorize a replacement which they refuse to do in honor of our warranty. I would love to leave triangle a better review but unfortunately they just stopped responding to us all together. We had them come out for a Frigidaire stove that was making a rattling noise when heating up and cooling down. They told us it was a known issue that sometimes gets fixed and sometimes doesn't and would have to contact the manufacturer as a next step and it could take some time. Well we waited and called and waited and called. We ended up calling the manufacturer ourselves who said they never received a record of the service and could send out a new tech. We tried calling again and again in hopes of not starting all over but again nothing. my time is also valuable and this is very unprofessional. Thank you for nothing.

I purchased a kitchenaid dishwasher through Home Depot approximately 8 weeks ago. I installed the dishwasher according to NEC 2021 codebook, and the unit was doa. Home Depot told me to call whirlpool (parent company of kitchenaid) who then scheduled Triangle to come fix the problem. While courteous on the phone, they are very difficult to get a hold of, and do not communicate on anything resembling a professional level. They missed a service call, and called me the day of to let me know they were waiting on a main control board. They gave me no expected time frame on part delivery. I called the following week for a followup and was told nothing new. I waited 5 weeks and ended up contacting Whirlpool directly again. From the very beginning, I wasn't really impressed, but as time went on, and the service trips stacked up it got worse. We had a Frigidaire stove (would never buy Frigidaire again) and it stopped working correctly. They came out over 3 times and never fixed the problem. We ended up having to call another company that Lowes recommended us calling and they were able to fix the problem the first time. The appliance was under warranty so we didn't have to pay for anything, but they did waste a lot of our time by not knowing what they were doing and not calling us back multiple times when they said they would. If possible use another company unless your fine with multiple service trips dragging out over a month and poor customer service.

This company was hired by my warranty through Frigidaire. tech put down he fixed my refrigerator and was literally in our home 5 min and said nothing could be done. Wrote down the serial # and left. Said that my new fridge is loud because it’s a newer refrigerator. I then called Frigidaire to check on warranty and they told me tech put down he fixed a part to the refrigerator and it was fixed. I called Triangle service and the lady who answered said that she doesn’t believe that the tech would do that and hung up on me. Terrible service and dishonest company. Why mark something fixed on a refrigerator if it wasn’t actually done.
