We've arranged for autofill in the past for heating oil, woke up to a 58 degree house this morning. Called Triangle to arrange delivery, said they MIGHT be able to make it out today, no apologies, no explanations given. I'm not too concerned for my wife and I, but I don't want my 5 month old freezing(which was communicated to them.) Time to break out the space heater for my daughter's room.
Oil from Triangle(BradPenn) was so bad my tractor engine blew a rod! Yes I was using the right type and weight, but apparently the brands viscosity is what should be in question. Also I guess years ago they had a huge spill, that is unacceptable.
