Triangle Refrigeration

Today I witnessed a serious safety concern involving a silver Chevrolet Equinox with the Triangle logo on the door on N Tulpehocken St in Pine Grove, PA directly in front of a fire house. Elementary school children were actively crossing the road at a bus stop when the vehicle approached at approximately 30-40mph and did not appear to slow down. The bus had just begun retracting its stop sign when the vehicle was about 10 yards away, so the driver technically did not have to stop — but there was no visible reduction in speed while children were in the roadway. Multiple parents were alarmed. Unfortunately, the vehicle passed too quickly to obtain a license plate number. I have found the teams at Triangle Refrigeration & Home HVAC to be very helpful. Jerry King who came out to give my new system its 6 month checkup was very nice, respectful and helpful with all my question. He came when he said he would be there. Charlie Good and Cody Good who put the system in did a wonderful job. Charlie came out to check my older system and made sure everything would be up to code to have the new system put in. I was very impressed with his accuracy. They were clean and polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company highly. I also found the customer service of all the people I have talked to in this company from the moment I called for help to the end of the job delightful. Thank you so much everyone!!!

Our service appointment was scheduled between 9 and noon. Our service tech, Rob Y, called around 10 to say he was on his way. Rob performed his service quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions. When we were in the basement he mentioned they also perform plumbing services which I did not previously know. Rob also gave us a "Peak Performance Promise" flyer which I recently have seen advertised on TV. Rob explained what he did and then emailed me a detail of the services performed. Very satisfied with Triangle and the quality of their staff.

Rob Y. was the technician who serviced our heat pump this spring. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to answer my questions about our heat pump and humidifier care in lay terms. I could see that he cared about his work and wanted to do it the right way. He also took time to put booties on to keep the floors clean and made sure there was no mess when he left. Update: Just to inform everyone that Triangle has discontinued residential service. They sold that part of the business to another company.

Service person arrived when I was told he would. The service person, Rob Yannucci, made a call to me when he was about 15 minutes out, and gave me an estimated time of arrival for a Fall furnace update. He explained what he was going to do when he arrived and went to work immediately. When completed, he again explained what he did and why. He acted in a professional manner the whole time. I felt confident with the work he performed.
