Great experience, left message about broken oven igniter. They called back within half an hour stating they had stock of a universal one that would work for 1/5 cost of Samsung. Picked up part, fit great, had to splice wires (due to universal, no problem at all). Oven working again 2 days before Christmas family meals, y'all are the best, thank you for saving us a whole day of driving out of town for part or getting whole new stove! Merry Christmas!

The man at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of parts. I think his name was Johnny. The short man with the hat was stanky. Wash yo ash and brush yo teef. It smelled very bootifull.

They had to order my part came in in 2 days. We have used them several times for refrigerator parts, dishwasher parts, washer and dryer parts. They usually have everything i need in stock. If they don't have it they can get it. Prices are very reasonably. Friendly service and always helpful. I highly recommend them.

These guys did a great job assisting us regarding our Maytag washer parts. They were knowledgeable and friendly as well.

Manager convinced me to buy a part that I didn’t need “just in case” guaranteeing I could return it if I didn’t use it. When I went in to return it he refused to return it even though unused siting it was past 60 days yet didn’t mention the time limit when he convinced me to buy the $100 part. These people are crooks I suggest going elsewhere where people aren’t deceptive thieves.
