I have just finished placing an order for pavers and wanted to comment about the fantastic and professional service I received from TriCircle, specifically Myron and Norma. I am resurfacing my inground pool deck and live outside the state of Florida. These two individuals were a huge help in answering my questions on the entire process as well as getting the order placed correctly. They are a compliment to the company for their professional attitude, demeanor and knowledge. If the entire workforce is as solid as these two individuals, then I anxiously look forward to receiving the final products. Pavers are a good price but rarely have in stock. We had them make an order for over 7000 sq ft of pavers and had pavers that were way thicker than others that we ended up having to tear up and replace in parts of the job and had to order more pallets of pavers to be able to finish the job because of all the pavers that were to thick and we had to replace. They refuse to give us any sort of credit or refund for the issues we had and not even replacing the pavers for us at there expense. The sales guy could not make it to the job while we were working to verify and therefore they refuse to help even though we got tons of pics and measurements and videos. Plus they don’t seem to care at all about the time and labor this costs us having to pull up and replace pavers everywhere. Very disappoin
