One of the best repair experiences I have ever had today with Mr. Trice. He is honest by nature, positive attitude, professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. I wish that all technicians would use his straight forward approach and sincere devotion to his job. If I want to recommend someone for appliance service, I would only trust recommending Mr. Trice blindly.

I could not be more impressed with the quality of service provided! Bill squeezed us in after his work day at 6pm and stayed late to replace my compressor in my refrigerator. He didn’t end up finishing up until about 10pm! I will most certainly only contact Trico for any of my future needs and will be telling my friends and family of his amazing company!

Excellent customer service and fairly priced. Bill has a wealth of knowledgeable and experience. Will definitely call upon him again.

Mr. Trice came right out, figured out why our LG fridge wasn't working (no water to the ice make and water dispenser), and fixed the problem. What a nice guy! After 30+ years in the area we’ve finally found a trustworthy, reliant appliance guy. Love working with good local people.
