We had our HVAC system replaced by Trident Mechanical. We had a fantastic experience with Trident. Sean and his team (my project was lead by Tristan) did an excellent job. Their professionalism was truly next level. Each team member was courteous, and very focused to ensure the job was done completely and accurately. We’ve dealt with several HVAC companies in the past and I can honestly say that this has been the best experience we’ve had!! Great job guys!!!

Tristan, Logan, and Braden did a fantastic job installing a new system at our Townhouse. They were very respectful of our home and detailed with the installation. We are happy with the complete install! Before the replacement was ever started, we worked with Sean to ensure that problems with the builder installation would be corrected. (The prior install needed changes and the wiring was messy) The installation, today, was completed as discussed and very neat! We highly recommend Trident Mechanical Systems!

Sean, Tristen, Ryan and the whole team at Trident are life savers. My entire HVAC unit needed to be replaced and this group was there with me every step of the way. Tristen inspected the unit, talked me thru the issue and walked me thru a variety of options that I could consider based on my budget. Sean and Ryan were amazing walking me thru the cost and financing options and on install day, Trident brought 2 crews to ensure both systems were working by the end of the day so I no longer suffered with having no heat. Had to have our furnace replaced on short notice during the winter storm. Trident was able to come out quickly and quoted fairly. We ended up replacing our HVAC as well. Tristan, Logan, and Michael were very polite and professional. They did a great job on the install. Would definitely recommend!!

Right in time for a snow storm, our furnace was acting up and Trident made every effort to come out to our home asap. Tristan and Michael were the technicians that got us back up and running well before the snow storm and keeping our family warm. Both techs were very professional and handled the workload quickly. After diagnosing the issue, they picked up parts and came back the same day for the repair. Thank you Trident for your great work
