My common sense told me I should keep looking for a different company to work with, but I was just tired of making calls and dealing with these businesses who act like they could care less about your business. So, I should have seen the big red flags waving in my face telling me to run the other direction, but I ignored them. They were friendly at first until he got my deposit and then he acted like I was invisible. This has been the worst experience ever. We needed flooring for our bathroom after a minor flood and this company destroyed our bathroom. When you call someone to make improvements to your home, you don't think you're going to have to do repair work after they leave. They left a big gouge in our cabinetry, leaving us no choice but to have our cabinets repaired and stained. We were inconvenienced with having our bathroom be unusable for several extra days, not to mention the added expense. Our calls to the owner went unanswered, leaving us very frustrated. I get this is Last Vegas, and people are flaky, but this is a whole other level of unprofessional. Beware calling this company, unless you want to do more work then you planned.
