Trim Depot

Water damage in my kitchen caused an unexpected full kitchen Reno. The contractor requested all the trim so of course we first went to the local big box who shall remain nameless. When they did not have the sizes we needed a nice lady suggested we go to Trim Depot! Wow! I’m so glad to have found them. With several other projects to complete on my property, I can guarantee I will be getting all my trim from here. Doug was so friendly and super knowledgeable about not only his products but also on the pure trash being sold by the big box stores. And to prove it, take a look at the trim that was removed from my home composure to the “real wood” replacement I just picked up from Trim Depot. Also note where the trash trim was made! Brazil….SMH. We went with the Victorian style baseboard product

Stopped in during my lunch hour. The man working the front desk has ZERO customer service skills. Take a pass on this place and give your business to a company that is interested in helping you.

Great business. I shop here for all trim. On multiple occasions I’ve sent him images of trim I’m trying to match, and he’s been able to find it. He always picks up the phone. It’s the easiest, cheapest way to buy trim.

Doug is the best. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Also this store has all the trim you could imagine. Always a pleasure shopping here

The man who works here was previously rude and very unprofessional to me and my co-worker in the past. Even though that situation occurred, I decided to give him another chance and went to this store get some material. He didn’t have what I needed in stock and said he would get me some by the next day. Told me he would call me and he never did. Turns out he just never ordered it and was no help in locating what I needed. 100% would not recommend.
