We had a new unit installed today by Trinity Air Conditioning, and it was a really great experience. Conrad and Kade did an amazing job. They were kind, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure we understood everything along the way. They worked efficiently, were respectful of our home, and left everything clean and running perfectly before they finished. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right and making sure customers feel comfortable and taken care of. We’re very happy with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Trinity Air Conditioning. Thank you, Conrad and Kade, for taking good care of us!

Trinity Air is the best! I called Trinity and Conrad was in touch with me withing the hour and had me scheduled for the next day. I had my home listed on the market with a buyer under contract and I wanted to have a tech double check our system. Conrad came out to run diagnostics and explained all of the details and that the system was good to go! But, that was not the end. Our potential buyers wanted to speak with Conrad so that they could be assured the systems were adequate for the home. He went above and beyond and contacted the potential buyers and communicated that everything was in great working order. Putting their mind at ease and truly helping to pave the way for an easy transaction. Awesome job Conrad and Trinity Air for an amazing experience!! Anthony

Called on Monday and the tech, Conrad, was here at noon on Tuesday. We are almost 50 miles away so most A/C calls were met with, "That's too far". Five stars on all counts. Polite, knowledgeable staff from the phone call through the service call. The necessary parts were on the truck and he had us up and running within the hour. Trinity Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is absolutely 100% top-notch. A lucky find! Period.
