Michelle in the office/dispatching is always kind and accommodating to our scheduling requests, Brian in service management has done an amazing job problem solving at our property, and Javi and Mike in service and installation are super skilled and knowledgeable - all of these team members at Trinity consistently go above and beyond! Big thank you to Javi for explaining the importance of adding a UV light system in our HVAC unit to kill mold, mildew, etc.
