John was amazing. We needed a new thermostat and part for our furnace, and he had both with him. He also cleaned our furnace, and put the insulation back in it's proper spot. He spent almost 2 hours here, making sure we were good to go. He's earned a lifetime customer.

Wow! John arrived quickly, on a Sunday, to fix our AC. He got here and went right to work. It took him a couple of hours to get everything fixed and running again. But, now the house is nice and cool! It was a blessing to have someone come and be able to fix things in a timely manner.

Being the middle of the summer, John gave us an appointment quick! He did NOT know that with our problems, how much that meant to us...!!! With our old house and ancient air conditioning, he performed a miriacle. The A/C is working better now. Thank YOU John!!!! He was very helpful, educating us about the age of our unit, an all of it's problems. Now we know replacement is coming, on our poverty level social security. Forewarned is Forearmed! Had someone come out today well within 24hrs of us notifying that our AC was out. They communicated clearly around what time they would be arriving. Service was quick and they fixed the problem. Our technician was very friendly and personable. HIGHLY recommend
