My mother needed a new heat pump and she wanted it to be a Trane. Trinity Heating and Cooling is the only authorized dealer in her area, according to Trane's website.... So I gave them a call. Tobias and his crew were very competent, courteous and professional. They were there when they said they would be, completed the work without delay and cleaned up after themselves. It's refreshing to actually find such top quality service nowadays!

There aren't enough adjectives to clearly articulate just how wonderful our experience has been with Trinity Heating and Cooling, LLC!! From the very first call for help because our unit was acting up to finding the problem and then replacing the entire system. The service crew is polite and professional, the sales team is great, and the office staff are just a joy to speak to. You won't regret your decision to call them, I didn't! We're customers forever.
