They did a full installation for me this summer (2019) - six zones and roughly 40 heads along with controller. I was delighted with the service, attentiveness and thoroughness of the installation - including their ability to handle small nuisance problems that already existed on my plumbing and electrical systems. Overall, highly recommend Trinity.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service and professionalism of Trinity team members, Dawn and Michelle in scheduling, and the gentleman who performed the winterization on my property. Due to unexpected sewer work taking place within the property line by the city, the scheduled winterization of the irrigation system needed to be completed within 2 days. Dawn worked with the team to ensure this was done and the gentleman was on my property before 7:30 a.m. which I’m sure is before the normal work day. He did an outstanding job! Thank you so very much for making a difficult situation pleasant. Trinity was recommended to me by another customer and I will be sure to pass along to other friends and neighbors what a great company and service you provide.

Trinity installed my irrigation system last year. The experience itself was ok however they installed the sprinkler heads a little too far outward on one side of the property thus this year I wanted to have them correct this. It is now September and I had called them numerous times since the season began to schedule someone to come out and not only correct the location of the sprinkler heads but also to turn on my system for the season. At one point I was scheduled, then they cancelled on me due to the time needed to handle both the sprinkler heads and turning on the system for the season. I was told someone would get back to me. We had Ed and his team expand, update and install irrigation to our whole property. The work was done in two days, and they were very professional and responsive to making sure things were done according to Ed’s plan. The job was reasonably priced and I would highly recommend Trinity Irrigation!

The owner of the company (a man I believe by the name of Ed) plowed through my septic tank with a pipe pulling machine. Instead of informing me he tried to cover it up with landscape fabric and tile. The system itself was a piece of crud. My cameras caught him ripping pipes out after his crew of guys already put it in after telling them to. Had to have another company come and fix all the problems.
