I had numerous quotes for my septic rerouting job. I knew when I first met Dawson that he was the man for the job. I could tell immediately that he knew what he was doing. He and Josh did excellent work and kept me informed of what was happening during the job. They also installed a drain system to correct some water drainage issues. Dawson went above and beyond what I was expecting. Dawson told me, “I’m not the cheapest out there”, but honestly, I would ask you, do you really want the cheapest out there doing this sort of job for you? I would give Trinity Septic Services more than a 5 star rating.

We needed a complete septic field replacement. Dawson showed up when expected, was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. When finished he spent plenty of time grading so the place resembled the look prior to our nightmare.

They came out on a Saturday just a few hours after I called them. They did an excellent job at a great price. I was really impressed with Dawson and Saundra Burrell. I'm glad to see there are still some great companies out there that do care and want to do a good job. Earl

First off I'm in construction so I know when l have a contractor working at my home if they are good or bad... To start he answers the phone or calls you back asap, he came out asap and looked at my situation give a great assessment of what needed to be done and and sent a very fair estimate for the price of the job with great detail. After starting the job I knew I had called the right person, The skill and knowledge of what was being done and what needed to be done was exceptional. Thank you to Dawson and his crew for doing such an excellent job over and above. All I can say is one call that's all.

My septic pump stopped working on Father’s Day. I called Dawson and he returned my call right away. He came out the next morning and replaced the pump and got me going again. He was very professional and communicated with me my options concerning the repairs. The next day Dawson called to make sure everything was working fine. I will use Trinity again and highly recommend them.
