Great experience from start to finish! John was very knowledgeable and patient. He knew exactly what to recommend and brought samples. The materials were high quality and beautiful. His team came in and had everything done in less than a day. Highly recommend.

Trinity Stairs remodeled our stairway, taking out walls and replacing with wood and wrought iron handrails. It now looks fantastic! I am very happy with their work. John was excellent in listening to what we wanted, bringing in samples to show us, and making sure everything was done right. Very professional from the start. And everything was done on time as scheduled. I am glad we used them and will recommend them to others.

Trinity Stairs is great! They were highly recommended by my neighbor and while I was initially hesitant due to a review I read, I can now say John doesn't deserve anything less then 5 starts! His work is impeccable, his crew is fantastic, and he's an all around straight shooter. One of the things I really liked was how thorough and patient John was. I worked with him for a couple days picking out the materials and taking about the layout. He provided samples, and came by the house a few times just make sure everything was exactly add I wanted. I'd 100% recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Talked to John on Monday and had a new banister on Friday. John, Fernando, and Erica were very friendly and professional. They were done in half a day and kept the area remarkably clean. Well done guys...thank you so much! It looks great! Definitely recommend!
