At first everything was great…. Best price, started and finished as planned. Then impossible to get in touch with to make minor adjustments. Called the day after installation to adjust one of the doors. It took over a year to get a response. After a year the door was completely destroyed. When I finally spoke with the owner I was spoken to disrespectfully , was very rude and yelling at me saying things like “people like you are always looking for something free” . I was so shocked at him and his wife for calling me a liar and expecting something for free. I simply wanted them to come adjust the door the very next day. I was also told they would stand behind their workmanship and clearly they did not.

Overall great experience with this company. Quick response getting estimate, scheduling work, and completing the job. Very professional and friendly, and great communication. Very happy with the patio that was installed! Will definitely use them again!

I had this company to install a patio cover at my home. They did excellent work, and I was very pleased. Thank you TRIPLE BBB.

Took my money, roof was not up to code, roof leaked causing damage, they told me it wasn't their problem, another company came out and found that when Triple BBB did the torchdown they melted the underlayment which allowed rainwater to come in. I've sent pictures of proof, left voice messages, sent emails and they have refused to respond to any correspondence from me and refuse to answer my calls. Ionly want what I paid for, a roof that's up to code without leaks.

Will not answer the PHONE. Look somewhere else.
