I paid this company $7,500 to replace sewer system with an entire new system. We all make mistakes but this company takes no responsibility for there mistakes. Look at my bathroom sink because they cut my plumbing to short, sink has to be uneven just so I can make the plumbing fit. My sewer system is leaking and my basement floods about 3 inches. You can clearly see where the water is coming in to my basement. I mean you clearly can't run from the facts of a photo.

I called in the morning to get my septic pumped out and hosed down/cleaned. They showed up the same day and did a great job and they left the area looking as though they weren't even there. Very timely and responsive which is great to know someone in this industry who takes care of their customers like they do.

It's been a yr ago, October 2023. They came and checked our Giant sewer. We had to keep self pumping. They replaced parts needed. It was sooo cold, the winds cut through you like ice. They worked in that. I was amazed. I'm so happy they was able to fix it. Very professional. Very helpful and kind. Thank you, Triple D

They were on time for all scheduled appointments. - Great Communication! Triple D spent 3 days at our house diagnosing, then repairing our unit. At the end of each day we got a call to let us know the status of the repair and to update the next days plan. - Fair Price! We were pleasantly surprised when we received our bill! -Professional! Their employees did this work in the sun on a 95 degree day. They were 100% professional at all times. They did great work and communicated to us the issues throughout the job. I would highly recommend this company!

So a friend recommended Triple D to me as I was having issues with my septic system. They were willing to come same day or even on Saturday without charging the OT rate, but since our system was still draining, just slowly, I opted to wait until Monday. I was at work when they came, but they were polite and communicative with my wife and she kept me informed. They fixed it quickly and it was less than $400. They cut me a break because I had already dug up one of the inspection hatches, and they had located the other with County drawings and didn't charge extra. A load off my mind while working a ton of hours. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for anyone else.
