Great communication, reasonable prices. Now the negative - turned sr conditioner down to 68 and on vs auto, left dirty shoe prints on bathroom, kitchen, entrance into house with pine straw, obvious sticky places where machine had been place, dried drips of solution on floor in trails and on kitchen counters, plus left used glove in driveway. The carpets were no better than if I had used my household carpet cleaner. Disappointed to say the least. It’s a rental, obviously everything else had been cleaned except carpets. I wasn’t expecting to go back and clean more. The carpets were still saturated 5 hours after job completion

Erica went to my mother's home and did an EXCELLENT job. I mean to hear my 80 year old mother say "everything was superb" I highly recommend Erica you were a Blessing in disguise. First time trying a cleaning service,I will continue with them.

I typically don’t give reviews, however, when credit is due, I will. From the very beginning of scheduling to the services rendered, everyone was polite & professional. I am highly satisfied and would definitely recommend if you are looking for carpet cleaning or house cleaning. Thank you Triple D’s for your prompt, courteous service.

The young man that came to my residence was polite and professional. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the results and felt unsure from the very beginning if he can do a good job. I called and spoke with a manager concerning my worries, but I still wasn't confident in her answers. Once the job was completed and when I returned home. I was dissatisfied. I called back and spoke with the manager and was told it's a possibility I will have to wait 30 days for a redue. I wasn't able to speak with the owner. I received no apology or reassurance that this will be resolved immediately. I was not rude or disrespectful to the manager over the phone conversations. But she no longer wanted to hear from me and decided to disconnect the call. I have never experienced such treatment like this before

Very pleased with our service. Our couch had especially tough stains and it looks almost brand-new after cleaning. Not to mention how good the carpets and rugs look.
