This company is great, and I am so grateful that we got to work with them. Our furnace malfunctioned in the middle of a deep freeze, and I called their overnight call center to request service for the following day. Both phone reps were so kind and thoughtful, and took the time to explain things thoroughly, which I appreciated. The following morning, Kristin called me as soon as they opened and told me that someone would be out the same day. My introduction to this company was through one of their former employees who promised me that he was going to be a significant part of the company's future and that he wanted to expand the territory of the company. So in good faith in speaking with him as a representative of the company I let them replace my whole HVAC system in both my houses. In the main house I live in I realized after it was done there was a problem with the humidifier not functioning correctly, it was always also on and running. Also I had a very expensive programmable thermostat which they took away and put this basic piece of junk in place of the nice programmable thermostat I had. Shortly after the install was done many times in the middle of the night we have no heat. I have to go reset the furnace multiple times

Service technicians arrived right on time, installed the new heat pump system well within the time quoted and took the time to explained how the new thermostat worked. Techs were very professional and even did a nice job cleaning up.

I called Triple E late last evening. They called me back this morning and my furnace is back up and running. Troy the technician who came is the absolute best!! Thank you Troy and Triple E.
