Michael and his crew, led by Christopher replaced the roof on my homes 2-story addition in Chadds Ford, PA on December 5th. My first encounter with Michael and Triple Pines was 10 years ago when they replaced the roof on the my home's original single-story structure. The quality of the service I received in 2015 carried over to 2025 without missing a beat. Starting with the prompt communication, reasonable prices, as-planned, and overall integrity of the entire process. In addition to the roof project, I asked Triple Pines to install hurricane gussets on each rafter. This required removing a 18" strip of roof decking to expose where the rafters rested on the wall plate. I provided the Simpson Strong Tie Gusset Kits and Michael and his crew installed them. Michael came out and met with us to go over all details and options and even got the work started a little earlier than expected. His crew did a great job each day of cleaning up after the work, and the finished roof looks terrific! Highly recommend if you need roof work!

Triple Pine Roofing was recommended to me by a family member and I set up an appointment for Michael to come and give me an estimate. My neighbor was also going to replace his roof, so Michael spoke with both of us. The estimate he gave us was less than another roofer and due to Michael's pleasant manner and honesty up front, we hired him. We reached out to Michael in August for pricing. He gave us a great price and held it until the end of December. We had to reschedule once due to weather and he was very accommodating!! Him and his crew did a fantastic job, they completed the roof in 2 days and found and fixed a leak by one of my window. Our property was immaculate when they left.
