From the very beginning, Doug and Zach were professional, honest, and incredibly respectful of our home. Roofing can be such a stressful project, but they made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The roof on our rental house in Gettysburg was damaged from wind and hail. Being about 30 years old we got bids to replace it. We requested references from all of the vendors. Calling all of them, the Triple R customers sounded exceptionally happy with their work. Being on the west coast, I worked with Travis to complete the contract via email and telephone. Like a week later, his crew came and replaced the roof in one day. They left the property like they were never there. Although I will not be able to see the new roof until late June, the tenants and several others reported it was a job well done.
