We had our company credit card hacked, and multiple fraudulent charges were made in different states on the same day. One of the fraudulent charges was charged to this company. I called the owner and he picked up right away and was more than happy to do everything that he could to get to the bottom of the issue. He was willing to give me a full refund on the spot, not knowing who I was or anything about our company. He dropped everything he was doing to help me. This is what you call going above and beyond with customer service.
