Tripp and Sons is a great business. They are extremely professional and very friendly. We have always been very satisfied with their work.

I have tried the last 3 years to get these guys to come do yearly maintenance on my hvac. Im only told the same thing. They ask if I'm having any issues? Of course not, Im calling for preventive maintenance. So they say, we will put you on list when we get caught up with calls we will come by. Now its 4 am 3 years later and my ac isnt working. But im not calling them, why would I now offer them my business for an emergency when they never looked at for maintenance. I hate to say it because I believe in supporting local. But im out on these guys. Maybe their objective is to avoid maintenance because they make more on service calls? Nonetheless these folks have lost my business and I suggest others doing the same before you end up like me.

My elderly parents had a brand new HVAC system installed at one of their rental properties. Unit not even 5 years old. Every year there have been multiple problems. I cannot list everything but here's a few: leakage inside every year, both the control board and dual valve capacitor had to be replaced. None of it covered under warranty.

Tripp and Sons has always provided great service. I recently had a problem with my AC and when I called the office Brandon was not there because of a family medical event and couldn't come out that day. I certainly understood that. I did manage to get the problem fixed myself and I called their office and told them the AC was back on, they wouldn't need to come out. First thing the next morning I get a call from Brandon saying he had seen my service request and he wanted to make sure that I didn't still have a problem. That really is caring about your customers.
