First rate, professional service. Prompt and courteous. I used another firm for my residential sprinkler system but they stopped servicing my area. I switched (at their recommendation) to Tri-State Water Works. I am very happy I did. Highly recommended.

Corey came out today to do the winterization of our irrigation system. He was on time, professional and pleasant. I like the consistency of getting the same service person. He knows our system and what to look for. I highly recommend TriState.

Update 4/5/24 Tim restarted our irrigation for the year, after the winter season. Tim has been our go-to-sprinkler-irrigation-guy for 2 1/2 years. We literally wouldn’t use anyone else! He always carefully checks each sprinkler head to make sure they are not broken (changes out the ones that are) and makes sure they’re flowing properly. Tim is a great guy, a hard worker, and a huge asset to the company. They are very fortunate to have him and all of his years experience and dedication!
