Triton Air

Ruger was in his supervisory position today as the two men fixed my HVAC system by replacing a motor that had failed under warranty. If it wasn’t for the oversight that Ruger provided, there’s no telling how it would have turned out. Ruger says they did a very fine job.

The companies communication prior to getting here and during was amazing. Let me know what time and who would be coming to my door. Patrick was amazing at explaining exactly what he needed to do and where he needs to be in the house. Was very respectful of my home and did a great job. Great personality thank you very much.

The installation team was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Great care was taken to assure floors and furniture were properly protected. They took time to answer any questions or concerns during and after the installation. It could not have been a better experience.

Steve was amazing! Professional, on time and explained everything thoroughly! He did a great job on our new tankless water heater.

Signed up for Triton’s annual service plan after they installed my a/c unit and furnace. Excellent work as always, with another great tech doing the service work. So a BIG shoutout to Wyatt for his professionalism, quality work, and excellent communication! Thank you to Marty as well, as she is always a pleasure to work with at the Triton office!
