I am in a rental and my landlord had Tritan come out, next day I had a new water heater and new cartridge in the shower. Not sure how they got the old heater out but there was no trace of water or big mess left behind.

They came to my house, took my toilet, fixed NOTHING and sent me a bill for $107.14. Horrible experience and very costly because I had to replace my toilet and call another plumber because this guy did not want to dig into the issue. I would have given zero stars but at least one is required.
