From the sales experience to window selection, HOA management, permitting, and installation - they were true partners in helping us make choices based on our true needs + ensuring we had to do as little work as possible. We just replaced our old windows and French door with Triton’s high-quality PGT windows. They look beautiful! The windows have given our home an updated look making it much brighter, quieter, and safer. Alex and Nicole thoroughly explained and answered all our questions in detail. They handle the inspection and permit process.Their staff is very professional, and the installers were Great! The Windows were installed to perfection. This is the second time we use Triton and they surpassed all of our expectations. The project did take a bit longer maybe due to the tariffs etc, but besides that the front office was always on top of informing us and once the project started the installers were phenomenal. We have one more pending project the sliding doors and the only comment I would make to Alex is to create a loyalty program etc for second and third time customers or for referring people to the company. I bring this up because I referred my neighbors to Triton and a discount would have been nice for my own project but it was never offered. With that said, i know there are a bunch of companies in Miami but Triton will always be the best, and this is clearly evident when the inspectors come to the house and they alread

We recently replaced our ancient windows with new ones from Triton - the Triton people were on top of things from beginning to end and we were very happy with our new windows and the process: - at the initial meeting with Triton we dealt with Patricia who explained every step in detail - the permitting process, how long it would take, the actual window order and how the windows would work and approximately when they would arrive as well as the cost, and she went over the contract with us - the actual cost ended up being what we were told at the beginning - there were no ‘surprises’ or ‘add-ons” as so often happens here in Miami - the guys that did the installation were professional and did a great job - Ramon the head guy knows what he is doing and is an excellent supervisor - he worked al
