I called to schedule an estimate, and they came out promptly to look at my gutters, soffit, and fascia boards—actually getting me in before the scheduled time. Their customer service is beyond any company I’ve worked with. As a real estate agent, I truly appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. They even helped me out by quickly repairing some vinyl siding. They consistently go above and beyond, both for my personal property and for my real estate clients. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had Brandon redo our roof, converting it from shingles to metal, and we could not be happier with the experience. After Hurricane Helene, there was understandably a long wait for roofing work, but when Brandon learned that we had a hole in our roof, he truly went above and beyond to make us a priority and squeeze us in much sooner. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. What meant the most to us was that he did not price gouge during a time when many people were taking advantage of the situation. That honesty and integrity meant everything to our family. We are extremely grateful and beyond happy with our new metal roof. Thank you, Brandon, for your hard work, kindness, and outstanding service!

They were very responsive, showed up quickly for an estimate and completed our new metal roof quickly at a reasonable price. Lainey was very communicative and helpful through the entire process. We had called several roofing contractors after a storm came through Kings Mountain. Some never showed, some made it, but did not give us much confidence. These guys came, took pictures for us to give to our insurance company, made sure we had everything we needed, got the materials when they said they would, and installed it when it worked for us in a short period of time. Clean up was amazing and our new roof and gutters look great!

I love my new roof. The team were so good and cleaned up everything looking better than before! They worked with me on options to help keep costs reasonable since theres was sufficient damage to be repaired. They even showed me pictures of the damage from the drone!
