I recently had Troendle refinish the original hardwood floors in my master bedroom, which happened to be creaking very loudly. From initial assessment to final follow up, Gary was highly professional and always pleasant to communicate with. He was also very thorough and honest as to what my expectations should be of the work. Sergio worked very hard for the duration of the process, giving me feedback on the project's status over the course of the work. He offered his professional input, and took the time to go over different options for what the finish could look like. I’m just finishing a renovation on a historic cottage in East Pensacola Heights. I’m so picky about my work. It’s always difficult to finish up. But, the easiest part is when I call Troendle Hardwood to do my heart pine floors. I have three houses in this area with Hart Pine floors and their expertise and attention to detail always leaves me smiling with no worries. Truly a great company in our area and I always go to them first. Jonathan and Gary not only go out of their way to cover every detail, they exceeded my requests with attention even things I didn’t think of. These guys are the best around .

Gary and his team did an amazing job on my floors! Quality work and very trustworthy. They were able to salvage some original wood floors and match them to the existing ones in my East Hill home and I couldn't be happier with the end result!

Finally finished a sanding, refinish, and patch job for my clients 900sqft house. Highly recommend avoiding them for patch work or difficult sanding jobs. Poor assessment on the patching of kitchen and furnace hole. Kitchen had a low grade pine subfloor(nail holes and black glue) that Gary suggested patching with premium heart pine at $15sqft for materials. Obviously didn't match so had to do a change order. Should have suggested red oak to match the dining/living room at 1/3 the material cost. Heart pine width didn't match the hallway width so they laid it anyway w/o consulting client. Left 1/4" gaps btw all the patch pieces. Garbage filler job with chunks missing and cracks(see images). Should have laid red oak in the hall(assessment fail). Phenomenal group of professionals. Did a large sand/fill/finish job on some 60 year old hard wood flooring. Showed up exactly when scheduled and finished in the estimated time frame.
