I got here late for my appointment and they still took me in make sure to get here early or else customers will start arriving and you will have to wait till they leave when you get here they’ll make sure to move every one in the parking lot just for 18 wheeler’s

These men and women are great. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and prompt. You won't wait forever to be helped like some supply houses. And they will work with you on the price of tools, unlike other supply houses that try to fleece hard working techs out of their money. Go there, they're great!

sue is the only good one there. with her I was on hold for 3 minutes. before her i had called and was put on hold by somebody sounded like rob or john he said . When they picked up they said please hold and slammed me down to hold before i could respond and after I waited 10 minutes no body picked up.

My company have been doing business with Tropic Supply for over 12 years, and they are one of the best. Very knowledgeable staff with great customer service skills. Management is also great!!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Was on hold 2 seconds away from getting the part I needed, then was hung up on then when I called back the rudest, most arrogant lady answer the phone telling me that she is the manager of that company and this and that which has completely nothing to do with me, when I simply told her that the gentleman that answered the phone before her had absolutely no problem selling it to me even though I don't own an HVAC company. A manager still has to answer to a boss.
