After inquiring about Pool heaters at pinch a penny, one of the employees highly suggested I get in touch with Tropical Island d Pools. Rebecca replied to my online inquiry within the hour and set up a time to tell me everything I needed to know. She was so friendly, informative, and helpful. Not at all a sleazy salesman type. AND the price and warranty was better than the other competitors. I’m too of it Stephen, the installer was so amazing. He was so kind and helpful and took the time to explain what he was going to do, what he did do, AND how to use the equipment. He went above and beyond by showing me the ropes of how to handle converting over to a a salt water pool: he even gave me his cell to call if I have any questions. We recently had a pool heater installed by Tropical Island Pools, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! From the moment we called, everything moved quickly and smoothly—just a couple of days later, our heater was installed and up and running. Rebbecca was absolutely wonderful and such a pleasure to work with—so friendly, helpful, and fun! She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Stephen, who did the installation, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Tropical island pools sold my family and I a pool system with heater and promised us that I’d never have to worry about my pool again. They never gave me a receipt or invoice and the heater never worked. It’s been two years and they refuse to give me the invoice. They are not trustworthy, overpriced and are a scam.
