My experience was stellar and am so happy I found this company because they fixed a leak in our well that the monthly service technician failed to even identify. After Tropical came out I called our well company because it was new as of last year, when they arrived they said they could do a bypass of the softener system and the price they quoted for the “repair” was more than what Tropical charged to actually fix it. The yard was flooded with about 6-7” of water extending 100’ or more around the well, out in the backyard, and into the driveway that I thought at first was because of the rainy season. Within a few hours after Tropical came by the water had subsided so I attached pictures of the driveway mess and frog eggs that were growing in the water pond that was created and left ignored

Tim, my install consultant, was very a helpful, creative and a positive problem solver. Everyone on the crew worked very hard during the install. When the original design didn't work as intended, a thoughtful review was conducted and the team came back out immediately and remedied the situation. My drainage issues have been resolved.
