Was given a price on arrival , after driving 1 hr got a higher price . TheY sell a brand TGM you cannot find parts anywhere for This equipment ITS JUNK and over priced . Do not buy . They do sell GOODMAN which is made in Texas . Definitely recommend this brand , PARTS EASILY ACCESSIBLE. They girls were very helpful. I looked for est in my email while sitting at counter was not there spam trash no where . So the same girl who qouted 1000 on phone for a condenser . Which im sure she was looking at ah . Gave me a 10 kw heater . And I said it 3 times i need a 5 kw .she got the girl next to her to help . Im sitting on a job waiting for inspection, with the wrong heater . Incompetent

Purchased the Gulfstream POOL HEAT PUMP HE150 136,000 BTU'S on Amazon. Self installed it in 1 day. Has kept our pool at 87 degrees without fail. I have it come on at 9am, and shut off at 7 pm. Have not had any issues since purchasing it in March 2024. LOVE IT.

This is a great company and I purchased 6 a/c units from Tropical Supply and the customer service was great every time!! Most of the units were Grandaire and the last one that I purchased was a Goodman. I'm definitely please with them and their services. Brenda Johnson

Not only will I rate this company highly, I rate the employees even higher for their knowledge, professionalism,and being personable. I saved $6000.00 from the lowest quote I received prior. Tropical's prices offer the identical at no extra cost that the 4 other air conditioning companies were offering for addiinal money.
