Tropical replaced 3 large windows for us. The entire experience was as easy as possible thanks to the great employees. Sales, Scheduling and Installation were all superb. I’m genuinely a perfectionist and I was very pleased with the installation quality (Joe and Bo.) If you need windows, you can feel safe using Tropical Windows.
We purchased our new windows from Tropical Window and everything has been amazing!!! Brenna was very knowledgeable and informative in helping us determine which windows were best for our needs. The installation and installers (sorry I don't remember their names) were very good and did a wonderful job, making sure they were level and installed correctly. The final step, screen install with Anthony, was absolutely amazing (Anthony even helped us by telling us the best product and way to clean the windows). From beginning to end, we would highly recommend Tropical Window and their employees! Thank you!
We had our windows replaced by Tropical Windows today. The workers were prompt and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone getting new replacement windows. Thanks Jo and Bo! At the end of the day they had help but I didn't get their names.
Tropical just completed installing 30 windows in my house. I couldn’t be more pleased with my interaction with this company. First John the salesman was polite, knowledgable and most of all not pushy like some other companies that want you to sign on the line the day of the estimate. Tropical communicated with me throughout the whole process. The crew Joe, Bo, James and Dillion were there for four days. These guys were fantastic and did a great job. They were polite, professional, clean and respectful of my property. I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend Tropical Windows.
