Mike B was a huge help every step of the way, with multiple check ins- he even came back to the site to ensure it was the right fix before moving forward- give him a raise. As the owner of a Hardscape & Construction company myself, I can confidently say every step of the way was extremely professional and smooth. After 18 years of hydrostatic pressure leading to water in my basement, Trotter came out and did an amazing job of installing their drain and sump pump system. The Trotter team (Brian in sales) was super nice and great to deal with. Trotter also recommended a great concrete contractor who resurfaced my basement floor, giving new life to my 85 year old house!

The whole experience through the process w/ Trotter was amazing. So Professional, so thorough, I could hug them all. Our crawlspace flooded due to a pipe leak. Wait til you see the pictures. Financing is unbelievable! Don't walk, RUN to Trotter if you have issues!!!
