. I ran into Troy from Troy Plumbing and had a short conversation with him. He was truly a great guy and very easy to talk to. Even though I haven’t personally used their services yet, I could immediately tell he’s honest and takes pride in his work. It’s clear he runs his business with integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Troy Plumbing in the future and would feel confident recommending them.

I recently used Troy and Sons to replace my shower head, knob and drain. They have a long history that made me feel comfortable to use them. They gave me a fair quote as I compared with others and Troy and Sons was by far the best price. Side story, when they left the flange on the shower head wasn't pushed against the wall and I walked them back about it and the owner of the company was at my door in minutes and the fix was super simple, just pushed the flange to the wall but I now know how they handle sure issues, which made me glad I chose them! I guess small companies with a long history give you the best service and prices! Just an FYI, plumber rates have gone up, and my job would have been significantly more if I would have used a chain company.

BJ came out and resolved a plumbing issue I was having. Out of the two plumbers and one septic guy that came prior to him, BJ was the most kind and pleasant of all of them. He resolved my issue quickly and communicated well. I always get nervous when having things like this done but he was very down to earth and made the process a breeze. Thank you BJ!
