Very unprofessional. First time they came, they put new wires in the basement and just left them hanging. Also left split wires just hanging out of my wall. While putting in a new underground wire, they installed it and left it above ground, for over a month. Then when they finally showed up to bury it after being repeatedly called, troy had the rudest attitude, like we were bugging him or something. He was supposed to come back in the morning to fix the wires and they left out, and the problems they created. Said he would be here in the morning. He never showed up. Waited all day long. Definitely do not hire this guy. So unprofessional. What a waste of time and money.
He was very quick at his job, he does a lot of business so he fit us in when he could and he said it was faster that way than putting us on the schedule.
Very nice guy. Very fast for my small issue. Would very much recommend!
