I just got a new garage door from Andy at Troy Garage Door and couldn’t be happier. Price was very reasonable and they had it installed in no time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage door or needs their current door serviced.

Crew of two guys showed up and replaced two tension springs at 11am on a Friday, At 1pm, the door came apart, cables uncoiled, and I was told that there are no crews available until Monday. It was suggested that maybe I call the local police and let them know so they can perhaps “watch” my garage, (as they had done for an elderly couple with a heavy wooden door)or I could put a sheet up to make it appear closed? Girl in the office was unable to reach anyone (the owner goes off with his kids on the weekend I was told) This is simply unacceptable. Here are some photos that I have to “deal” with until Monday for only $285!!!

I had the springs replaced on my garage door by Alex and Wes. Extremely fast and professional service from the office staff Lisa to the installers. They were very knowledgeable and professional. And the best part was the price, they were the least expensive by far of the many other companies that I had contacted. Some of the others were twice as much. Highly recommend this company, don’t waste your time even calling anyone else.

The spring broke early in the morning. We called and someone was there in under 2 hours. Very professional and fast! We have used them before to relace the opener and had outstanding service. I highly recommend Troy Garage Door!
