Tru Cabinetry Florida Distribution Center

We purchased and spent a lot of money with TruCabinetry on the advice of our kitchen remodel contractor and are all-around very disappointed. We went to the showroom in Longwood to see quality, but the sales staff there was rude and really uninterested in dealing with us (I guess they only want to spend time with the contractor, which was disappointing). We had MANY production and delivery delays, which may have been expected with supply chain issues, however they outright LIED to us, saying they would “definitely be delivered on Tuesday,” and then we would hear nothing and wouldn’t get it until 2 weeks or more later. We ordered tru wood cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms and we are very let down. Paint chips and smudges in all but 2 of the cabinets and about 25% of them don’t close properly. When I called the contact at corporate he was not quick to help.

We have bought cabinets from them for over 20 yrs. Great value. Great product! There are always challenges, but they always come through. Even if its my mistake!

This Company closed down and told their customers they weren’t getting their cabinets or a refund. They aren’t filing bankruptcy so what’s going on? Thanks for stealing my companies $75,000 we will be calling the police because that’s fraud. What a way to do business.

Tru Cabinetry is a great value for the price. I used them on a job and was very impressed with the ease of installation and the suburb quality of the finished product.0
