Tru-Green Baltimore

We hired TruGreen for their "expert" care. Our lawn now looks worse than it ever has, even areas that were green before are now dead and brown. Large, unsightly dead patches have appeared in areas that maybe needed fertilization before they started their "service." It is painfully obvious that their chemical applications are either inconsistent, incorrect, or both. They haven't nurtured our lawn; they've actively damaged it. The situation is truly laziness personified. The reason for the terrible results became clear by watching the so-called "technicians" on multiple occasions pull up in the middle of the street blocking traffic, not attempt to park or knock on the door to see if we were home to talk to us, to perform a rushed, 90-second service where they sprint across the lawn haphazar
