Stephen, call center rep, was fine and did what he could. This was my third call into your help line. We have been customers for years and are ready to cancel services. Paid to have our lawn Aerated and seeded last fall and now can not get service to come back out. Our lawn looks the worse it has in 4 years after spending that money, I was told would make it look even better than the season before. Have now called in 3 times asking for service and stating we are not happy. Keep getting told service will be out and nothing. If not serviced by this Friday, August 15th or a call from management explaining what is happening we are cancelling services.
