Please BEWARE!!!! The home I have was made in March 2021. It will be 5 years old in March no way counter tops are coming up, leaks through the walls, molding off the walls are coming off. My flooring is having to be replaced from water running through the floor from a hot water heater leak. The worst experience ever just a headache.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company. The roof of the trailer has had leaks which has caused the inside of the trailer to have spots on the ceiling. Also where the light is on the outside of the door. There has been a leak which had not been noticed which has caused mold to the bottom of the paneling for the wall. I was told this is not covered under warranty. The counter tops started unsealing after a few months. The trailer is only 5 years old. We should not have to be fixing a trailer this soon. I have been dealing with this is since January 2024. Please be cautious when buying. Also now I'm trying to get a paneling to replace one. Please help.

Emerald Homes in Loxley sold us the home, then passed us off to these guys for issues after install. They claim they have a 1 year warranty but Cass Vickery says we get a 30 day cosmetic warranty. Oddly enough so many mistakes from the manufacturer they label as “cosmetic.” Emerald does it too it’s a way of them saying we’re not fixing it and for the couple of things they did fix it took months for someone to show up. Most of these repairs could have been avoided if they fixed them before it left the manufacturer. We’ve spent the course of about a year trying to get people out to fix repairs. The last guy came out here to fix a brand new door. The guy before that installed the door, realized it wasn’t the door, it was the countertop that wasn’t leveled. Terrible craftsmanship. I love the design, but customer service has been worse than horrible. First thing the appliances are suppose to be set up by the company, not by us. We waited weeks. Nobody would schedule to set up the appliances. Not that big a deal except that for us to set them up voids the warranty on them. Which is what we ended up having to do. We set everything up ourselves. Secondly, we paid extra for them to underpin the home and as per the signed contract the drier being vented outside was included. Never happened. A few weeks later my wife has to clean all the dust and lint from the dryer blowing under our home when we realized what happened. Buyers BEWARE! The claims adjuster."The home was Poorly Constructed and Defective products were used . My home was delivered damaged interior/ exterior. The roof leaks, Water in the vent/light at stove, wall is Black- sign of Black Mold in the wall. counters not sealed, Vinyl siding damaged (factor was to lazy to cut it to fit).
