Wonderful customer service and the locksmith loved my dogs. I have a historic home and the dead bolts and levers they helped me pick out look really nice. I felt safe having them in my home and I love the quality of the door handles and dead bolts. The doors need a lot of refinishing and didn't fit right, they took into account one of my doors was over 100 years old and after its refinished, it will look entirely original!

I locked myself out of my place on a Friday night. I called and Jesse answered immediately, gave me a very fair quote for the time of night and speed, and had me into my place in seconds once he arrived. Couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you!!

A great company! Andy was a very great guy! He helped me get a new smart key reprogrammed to my Kia optima! Great service and excellent customer care! I would leave a 10 star review if Possible! And yes they have vehicle keys in stock!

They cut keys for me and they were wrong. I went to Pop A Lock and they did them with no problem. When I went back to them for a refund they were rude and said my door locks were warn out and they needed to replace the cylinders. Of course with a trip charge and parts. The I told them I had them cut correct by another. They were nasty. I used a credit card so I could stop payment. I had to raise he'll to get there attention and no credit. I did get an email latter the next day and they did credit me. Nasty people stay away from them. All that for a 15 dollar charge

Jessie helped me the other night to “break” back into my apartment. He was friendly and came as quickly as possible. It felt like no time that I was safe and back into my apartment. I am thankful for a service nearby with caring people willing to help for a fee of course.🤣 I will remember his kindness and I want you to know I appreciate the work you do. -Have a wonderful life Mallory.
