Mr. Jones came to my home yesterday after I sent an online inquiry. He communicated frequently when he was delayed due to his previous client. Upon his arrival, he willingly wore and mask and shoe covers following COVID protocols for me and my immunocompromised family. He understood and respected the needs of my autistic child in his thorough inspection.
