I have used TruBlu for awhile, I can’t say I was always pleased with the service because I’ve caught the pool guy, who I believe his name is Christian, always on his phone and just standing passing time, however, when I brought it to the owners attention, he just blew me off. Most recently I sent Eric, the owner, a text asking about an item that he disconnected from my equipment, just inquiring what was needed to replace or repair but a week later I still do not have a response. So I cancelled my service and sent an email to his wife about the same issue I am asking Eric to address. Of course, no response. This type of service is unprofessional on all levels. If you disconnect the equipment, you need to resolve the issue but you want to raise your prices.

We’ve tried several pool cleaning services in the Humble area and these guys are the best. They’re very professional, honest and reliable.

This company goes above and beyond for their customers. My pool was in really rough shape and they gave me a good price and recovered my pool. There were no hidden charges and they finished within the timeline. Above all the customer service is amazing. When we had unexpected problems he came out to fix it either that day or early the next morning. I highly recommend TruBlu. We wont use any other pool service!!

Josh, the owner, has been taking care of my pool for over six months. He brought it back to life when we first moved in and has kept in pristine condition the whole time. he is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated. I could not recommend him more highly!
