We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Truck and i!!! Our previous and many moves over the past 30 years were corporate moves. This was the first move we had to plan ourselves. After meeting multiple companies and understanding their processes, Truck and i was the clear choice. They came to our house to access what was needed for packing materials, time, and the amount of space needed to hold our stuff. Some companies just have you fill out a form listing all your stuff and we did not like them not seeing our actual household goods and furniture. We liked the Big Vaults that are packed on the truck right at your house. Many companies load your stuff into a moving truck and then transfer to small pods once they get back to their warehouse. By far the most convenient, friendly, responsive, and unexpectedly best priced moving service! The team provided white glove service - which was not expected at all on my end based off of the quote and final price (we moved from a three floor condo to a home and most quotes were much higher than Truck and i). Everyone was extremely professional, on time, accommodating to my schedule during our move in day. Their team wrapped each furniture piece and didn’t leave one scratch (we have some heavy furniture pieces)! We’ll use Truck and i and will recommend to everyone we know.
