TruClean Wash

Tru-Clean power washed my house and deck and shampooed my roof. They did an outstanding job. My house and deck look brand new. Paul Russo was extremely easy to deal with. He communicates well. I requested an estimate online and I received it within several hours. The price was excellent compared to other quotes that I had received. The contract was very clear and well detailed. The day of the job Paul showed up within the slotted time frame with three employees. They had great teamwork and my job was finished within less than 2 1/2 hours. They were very respectful of my property.

I saw the great reviews and chose this company for a roof + siding cleaning. However, the work was questionable, and I wasn't very satisfied. 1) They came on a day and time that was NOT agreed on. In fact, I told them a window with specified dates I would be available. Fortunately, a family member was home at the time they came. No notice, no warning; they didn’t even ring the door bell - straight to the water. No time to get the place ready for their cleaning. No time to move anything or protect anything. 2) No cover for the plants/flowers (planted in-ground). The chemicals were just sprayed and then dripped all over them, hence damage to the flowers and the vegetable plants are now inedible. All the hard work, and money spent on caring for those plants basically went down the drain. 3

Had a complete exterior wash, roof, windows, walkways, patio. Everything came out like brand new. The guys were very professional and very efficient, the prices are very reasonable as well. Will absolutely be using them again and would recommend to anyone!!!!

I am a licensed Architect in NJ and NY, and a repeat client/customer of TruCLEAN Wash. This mid-Sept. day, Paul Russo and his TruClean crew came to our house and, as per his detailed itemized cost quote, performed their work. This started with cleaning all roof gutters and ensuring that all leaders and downspouts were not clogged by thoroughly flushing them. They then applied their chemical agent via spray method to kill any and all mold, mildew, algae and moss that was present on the cedar shingles. After a short period of time they used a wide spray power washing to rinse and flush all of the dead remains of that organic growth, as well as any tree sap from the roof. Could not possibly be happier with everything involved in this process. From the first email, Paul was personable and bent over backwards to make sure we were getting everything we needed. The communication was outstanding, I was never left without an answer to a question! The service, day of, was superb. The team that came were polite, thorough and as quiet as they could be (for internal window cleaning). Have no worries hiring this company! They did our gutters, power washed our building & cleaned our windows, both external and internal. Will absolutely be having them back next Spring! Thanks so much!!!!
