I am so sorry!) did an amazing job on my two nasty carpets. They were just as friendly as can be and took no time to get the job done! Customer service over the phone and through messages was great. I had Robert refinish the 125 yr old floors in my apartment that had been covered up in laminate. The floors were quite badly marked with lots of paint splatters with old varnish, and had probably never had any work over the years to preserve them. They came up so well they looked like new! I was so pleased with them I had Robert do the other two apartments as well. Now they are good for many years to come. They look awesome. Robert was super friendly to work with and good with communication of my appointment dates and time. He was very reasonably priced and I am extremely happy with the work. I would highly recommend him and his company and would use again in the future. Have added a few pics too many to add
