True Cleaning Experts

This place gets one star only because I have to give it a star. I made arrangements so that I could be here to have this local company come clean my home. Time is currency as well. The ladies got here everything was going OK smooth to show them around the house and they were literally standing in my bedroom for about 20 minutes talking and I approached them and let them know that I’m on a time crunch . I did not know that they hold training discussions. Usually, I will hire somebody and they come clean my house and they are done, but unfortunately my usual person is on maternity leave. After I asked the ladies to please begin cleaning, I received a text message and somehow they communicated to their boss that I had a problem with the trainee and that’s not true. Fantastic, not very invasive. Pricing seems fair not to low, not to high. Jasmine and Alize were courteous and did an absolute amazing job! Phenomenal work. Would definitely recommend.

True Cleaning Experts did a fantastic job of cleaning our house in preparation to sell it. They cleaned top to bottom - looks like a different place. They worked independently, and worked into the night until THEY were satisfied. True professionals that take pride in their work - I HIGHLY recommend them - We will be using them again and again.

They kept me updated on their schedule, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, showed up on time, and invoicing is very easy. Jasmin is fantastic and I appreciate how much she does for us. My house feels so clean!

Jasmine is great! We had a different company previously, but when the service quality became unacceptable we tried a few different companies with disappointing results before finding True Cleaning Experts. We've had great results with them and so glad we found them!
